The challenge was clear: the men's skincare market often falls between two extremes, overly masculine brands that lack sophistication, or luxury skincare brands that feel disconnected from the way men actually live. THE HANWAY was created to bridge that gap.
Inspired by Korean skincare innovation, timeless menswear, performance culture, and the discipline of daily rituals, the brand introduces a simple yet effective skincare system designed to eliminate confusion and build confidence through consistency.
The visual identity combines modern minimalism with subtle references to Korean heritage, creating a premium and masculine presence that feels both contemporary and timeless. Every element was designed to reinforce the brand's core philosophy:
