NFC CHIP PRESS-ON NAILS
Upgrade your manicure with Chipped NFC-enabled press-on nails. Say goodbye to traditional business cards and hello to sharing your information with a tap.
Chipped's objective was to refresh its brand and give it a retro-futuristic/Y2K style, reflecting the futuristic nature of its highly innovative product. The product consists of a microchip inserted into a press-on nail that functions to identify you, simply by placing the nail in contact with a cellphone.
The project was conducted in four stages where we explored all possible alternatives. We created a logo, posters, icons, motion graphics, templates, and packaging.
The result was a highly experimental project with sweet, yet strange retro/Y2K vibes, while still incorporating the futuristic elements of this new technology, perfectly mirroring the product itself.
